Det b\u00f6rjar egentligen med att <a href=\"https:\/\/sv.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/John_Doerr\">John Doerr<\/a>, som var en av de tidigaste investerarna i Google, presenterade konceptet f\u00f6r Larry, Sergey och deras d\u00e5varande team p\u00e5 cirka 30 personer. We don\u2019t have one, and this might as well be it<\/em>\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>OKR har sedan den dagen varit en h\u00f6rnsten, och ofta framlyft som en nyckel, i Googles tillv\u00e4xtresa. Trots sin massiva tillv\u00e4xt och ett f\u00f6retag som p\u00e5 m\u00e5nga s\u00e4tt \u00e4r annorlunda idag \u00e4n vid sitt grundande sitter OKR fortfarande kvar som den organiserande principen f\u00f6r att s\u00e4tta, och f\u00f6lja upp p\u00e5, m\u00e5l globalt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>OKR har visat sig vara extremt effektivt f\u00f6r just teknik- och produktbolag d\u00e4r \u00e4ven LinkedIn, Zynga och Amazon f\u00f6r att n\u00e4mna n\u00e5gra anammat ramverket. Men det slutar inte d\u00e4r, utan \u00e4ven f\u00f6retag som Sears (retail), Anheuser-Busch (bryggeri) och GoPro (konsumentelektronik) har implementerat OKR med stor framg\u00e5ng.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vart \u00e4r OKR p\u00e5v\u00e4g?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>OKR som metodik \u00e4r i en v\u00e4ldigt sp\u00e4nnande fas just nu. Med en uppsj\u00f6 av framg\u00e5ngssagor i ryggen \u00e4r det fler och fler som f\u00e5tt upp \u00f6gonen f\u00f6r hur man med hj\u00e4lp av OKR kan skapa fokus och tillv\u00e4xt. I ljuset av detta har det vuxit upp ett helt ekosystem av verktyg f\u00f6r att st\u00f6dja OKR-processen, specialiserade konsulter och <a href=\"https:\/\/bantero.com\/sv\/bocker-om-okr\/\">b\u00f6cker p\u00e5 \u00e4mnet<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det p\u00e5g\u00e5r \u00e4ven en debatt om exakt vad som \u00e4r OKR och inte. Man dras h\u00e4r med en utmaning i att det inte finns n\u00e5gon faktisk ursprungsskrift eller programf\u00f6rklaring att v\u00e4nda sig till (n\u00e5got jag skrev lite om <a href=\"https:\/\/bantero.com\/sv\/blogg\/vad-ar-kanon-inom-okr\/\">h\u00e4r<\/a>). Det g\u00f6r att det idag finns ett antal olika tolkningar som alla g\u00e5r under begreppet OKR men ofta inneh\u00e5ller avg\u00f6rande skillnader.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Detta f\u00f6rsv\u00e5rar \u00e4ven vid research inf\u00f6r en egen implementation d\u00e5 delar av metodiken g\u00e4rna kan anpassas och se lite olika ut fr\u00e5n organisation till organisation medan andra komponenter \u00e4r s\u00e5 pass centrala att man riskerar tappa kraften i hela ramverket om man tummar p\u00e5 dem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ett av mina personliga objectives \u00e4r att agera guide i just detta. St\u00f6tta organisationer i implementation och sprida kunskap p\u00e5 ett s\u00e4tt som samlar bilden av vad OKR \u00e4r och vad det inte \u00e4r.
