{"id":195,"date":"2021-08-21T14:34:23","date_gmt":"2021-08-21T13:34:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ec2-16-171-155-57.eu-north-1.compute.amazonaws.com\/?page_id=195"},"modified":"2021-08-21T14:38:04","modified_gmt":"2021-08-21T13:38:04","slug":"vem-anvander-okr","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/13.53.185.170\/sv\/vem-anvander-okr\/","title":{"rendered":"Vem anv\u00e4nder OKR?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Med sitt ursprung i management by objectives (MBO) kommer OKR ur studier av stora produktionsbolag som den amerikanska bilindustrin p\u00e5 femtiotalet och senare fr\u00e5n tillverkningen av minnen och microprocessorer p\u00e5 Intel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e5nga av de utmaningar som MBO togs fram f\u00f6r att l\u00f6sa blev v\u00e4ldigt tydliga i dessa stora organisationer och all komplexitet i lager av mellanchefer som de gav upphov till. Tidig litteratur om MBO ber\u00f6r knappt linjepersonal utan fokuserar helt p\u00e5 ramverket som ett s\u00e4tt att guida managers mot organisationens gemensamm m\u00e5l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Att modellen har sitt ursprung i denna typ av organisationer s\u00e4ger dock inte mycket om dess till\u00e4mplighet i olika sammanhang. Ist\u00e4llet f\u00e5r man f\u00f6rst\u00e5 det som att detta var femtiotalets starkast lysande stj\u00e4rnor som attraherade tidens mest framst\u00e5ende t\u00e4nkare inom management. Idag hade detta arbete f\u00f6rmodligen gjorts p\u00e5 Google, Tesla och Apple ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r GE och Ford.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I kontrast till detta kan vi ist\u00e4llet se att det \u00e4r unga teknikf\u00f6retag som varit snabbast i att anamma OKR idag. En anledning till detta \u00e4r att OKR \u00e4r en metod f\u00f6r att accelerera f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring och tillv\u00e4xt och inte hj\u00e4lper oss med hur vi ska hantera befintliga processer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6renklat kan vi s\u00e4ga att OKR hj\u00e4lper oss att driva arbetet med tex kortare svarstider i kundtj\u00e4nst men inte guidar oss i hur vi b\u00e4st organiserar oss i teamet. Fokus i metoden \u00e4r p\u00e5 det som kan skapa f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring och mindre p\u00e5 hur man bibeh\u00e5ller ett nuvarande tillst\u00e5nd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Idag \u00e4r dock merparten industrier under tryck av digitalisering, globalisering och andra f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar i omv\u00e4rlden. Det g\u00f6r att v\u00e4ldigt f\u00e5 organisationer kan fokusera p\u00e5 att uppr\u00e4tth\u00e5lla <em>status quo<\/em> utan \u00e4ven de mest konservativa m\u00e5ste p\u00e5b\u00f6rja ett kraftfullt f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringsarbete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e4r ICA och Coop utmanas av hemleverans av mat, Volvo av Tesla och dagstidningar av bloggar beh\u00f6ver \u00e4ven dessa traditionellt stabila organisationer hitta metoder att snabba p\u00e5 sitt arbete med intern f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttring och bli mer agila i hur de m\u00f6ter marknaden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>OKR f\u00f6rekommer d\u00e4rf\u00f6r idag i de flesta typer av industrier och fler och fler organisationer anammar metoden dag f\u00f6r dag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det \u00e4r just organisationer och inte bara f\u00f6retag som anv\u00e4nder sig av OKR f\u00f6r att uppn\u00e5 sina m\u00e5l. D\u00e4r tex frivilligorganisationer kan ha stor vana av en tydlig mission saknas ofta \u00e5 andra sidan m\u00e4tbara resultat. P\u00e5 samma vis kan f\u00f6retag vara duktiga p\u00e5 m\u00e4tbara resultat men sakna en tydlig bild av missionen som de ska leda upp till.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>OKR hj\u00e4lper alla typer av organisationer att uppn\u00e5 mer och vissa f\u00f6respr\u00e5kare tar det s\u00e5 l\u00e5ngt som att s\u00e4tta upp OKRer privat f\u00f6r att driva p\u00e5 sin personliga utveckling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det finns en begr\u00e4nsad m\u00e4ngd information kring hur m\u00e5nga eller vilka organisationer som arbetar med OKR idag. Vi har ett antal faktiska intervjuer d\u00e4r organisationer sj\u00e4lva ber\u00e4ttar om sina erfarenheter och vi har ett \u00e4nnu st\u00f6rre antal organisationer d\u00e4r medarbetare har beskrivit hur de arbetar med metoden men det finns ingen typ av register eller intresseorgansiation f\u00f6r praktiserare. Det finns \u00e4ven en stor m\u00e4ngd organisationer som anv\u00e4nder metoder snarlika OKR men som gett dem egna namn och d\u00e4rtill gjort justeringar i hur de till\u00e4mpar olika principer i modellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/heltsonika.wordpress.com\/2019\/01\/07\/okr-ett-satt-for-team-och-foretag-att-jobba-med-mal\/\">Hemnet<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/poddtoppen.se\/podcast\/1461671622\/hr-talks-podden\/7-malstyrning-med-okrs-cecilia-westerholm-beer-chro-bisnode-original\">Biznode<\/a> och <a href=\"https:\/\/hrblog.spotify.com\/2016\/08\/15\/our-beliefs%20https:\/\/hrblog.spotify.com\/2016\/09\/27\/keeping-your-balance-between-chaos-and-structure\/\">Spotify<\/a> \u00e4r tre svenska st\u00f6rre f\u00f6retag som ber\u00e4ttat offentligt om sina implementationer. Internationellt lyfts naturligt nog ofta <a href=\"http:\/\/tins.rklau.com\/2013\/05\/how-google-sets-goals-okrs.html\">Google<\/a> men \u00e4ven <a href=\"https:\/\/firstround.com\/review\/the-management-framework-that-propelled-LinkedIn-to-a-20-billion-company\/\">LinkedIn<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/lifehacker.com\/im-nathan-blecharczyk-co-founder-of-airbnb-and-this-i-1679086705\">AirBnB<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=T963AGt-nWI#t=11m52s\">Twitter<\/a> och Amazon har delat med sig kring hur de arbetar med OKR.Techbolagen \u00e4r b\u00e4ttre p\u00e5 att skriva och dela med sig, men det betyder inte att implementationerna \u00e4r f\u00e4rre i andra sektorer.
