Beroende av organisationens storlek kan d\u00e4r finnas flera lager av team\/avdelningar som g\u00f6r sina egna implementationer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">OKR f\u00f6r hela organisationen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Det rekommenderas ofta att b\u00f6rja p\u00e5 organisationsniv\u00e5 d\u00e4r ledningen bygger sina OKR baserat p\u00e5 f\u00f6retagets vision och strategi. F\u00f6renklat kan man s\u00e4ga att OKR blir en agenda f\u00f6r det kommande \u00e5rets r\u00f6relse i riktning mot visionen och i implementation av strategin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e4r f\u00e5r b\u00e5de f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningsm\u00e5l och m\u00e5l som etablering p\u00e5 nya marknader, sl\u00e4pp av nya produkter och annat plats. F\u00f6r bibeh\u00e5llet fokus \u00e4r rekommendationen dock att man landar i cirka 3-4 objectives och s\u00e4tter 3-4 key results kopplade till vardera. Detta blir organisationens fokus f\u00f6r det kommande \u00e5ret.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">OKR f\u00f6r Team\/division<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Som team eller division \u00e4r det tacksamt om organisationens m\u00e5l \u00e4r tydligt utm\u00e5lade med hj\u00e4lp av OKR &#8211; men absolut inte n\u00e5got krav. Ofta \u00e4r det m\u00f6jligt att konstruera en gemensam m\u00e5lbild baserad p\u00e5 bolagets strategi, f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntningar p\u00e5 teamet och liknande i vilket fall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00e5 denna niv\u00e5 b\u00f6rjar man g\u00e4rna i ett resonemang kring hur teamet\/divisionen \u00f6vergripande st\u00f6ttar organisationen. Vad \u00e4r teamet\/divisonens vision och mission? Detta f\u00e5r konsekvenser f\u00f6r vilka organisations-objectives man v\u00e4ljer att fokusera p\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En vanlig missuppfattning om OKR \u00e4r att det \u00e4r en vattenfallsmodell d\u00e4r man l\u00e4ngre ned i organisationen plockar sina objectives fr\u00e5n organisationens key results och skapar aktiviteter runt dessa. Detta g\u00e5r i sj\u00e4lva verket emot syftet med modellen som \u00e4r att skapa inte bara alignment utan \u00e4ven engagemang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Teamen i organisationen uppmanas ist\u00e4llet att ha diskussioner internt om vilka \u00f6vergripande objectives man vill st\u00f6tta och utifr\u00e5n detta s\u00e4tta sina objectives och key results d\u00e4r de ser att de kan ha st\u00f6rst impact p\u00e5 organisationens \u00f6vergripande m\u00f6jlighet att n\u00e5 sina m\u00e5l. Fokus beh\u00f6ver h\u00e4r vara p\u00e5 att knyta ann sina objectives till organisationens m\u00e5l men det \u00e4r upp till teamen att avg\u00f6ra hur man ska arbeta mot dem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I teamen beh\u00f6ver ju \u00e4ven key results omvandlas till handlingsplaner och aktiviteter &#8211; \u00e4ven detta uppl\u00e5ts till teamen sj\u00e4lva (och ofta individuella \u00e4gare f\u00f6r varje key result). P\u00e5 detta vis \u00e4r OKR en modell som uppmuntrar till f\u00f6rtroende och initiativtagande hela v\u00e4gen genom organisationen &#8211; kontraktet mellan ledare och team blir att teamet skall leverera mot sina uppsatta m\u00e5l och sj\u00e4lva v\u00e4ljer v\u00e4gen dit ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r diskussioner om vilken v\u00e4g och aktiviteter de v\u00e4ljer f\u00f6r att ta sig dit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Individuella OKR<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I vissa implementationer tar man det s\u00e5 l\u00e5ngt som till att skapa individuella OKR f\u00f6r medarbetarna i en organisation. Det \u00e4r p\u00e5 m\u00e5nga s\u00e4tt en vidareutveckling kring hur man arbetar med OKR p\u00e5 teamniv\u00e5 med den viktiga skillnaden att man p\u00e5 individniv\u00e5 s\u00e4tter sina egna objectives och key results (naturligtvis utifr\u00e5n teamets uppsatta OKRer).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I m\u00e5nga fall kan m\u00e5len bli mer handgripliga p\u00e5 detta vis och man kommer ytterligare n\u00e4rmare aktiviteter beroende p\u00e5 var i organisationen man befinner sig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I individuella OKRer kan man dock \u00e4ven blanda in saker som sin personliga utvecklingsplan och andra fokus som st\u00f6ttar organisationen men inte sj\u00e4lvklart g\u00e5r att knyta an till organisationens \u00f6vergripande objectives.Vi kan t\u00e4nka oss att en medlem i ett marknadsteam som skall arbeta med att f\u00e5 in deltagare till event (key result: 300 deltagare p\u00e5 interna event) skulle kunna skapa ett individuellt objective i stil med <strong>\u00d6ka deltagandet p\u00e5 interna event j\u00e4mte f\u00f6rra \u00e5ret<\/strong> och till detta knyta key results som <strong>E-mail genererar 100 registreringar, <\/strong><strong>Varje s\u00e4ljare bjuder in minst 10 kunder ivar<\/strong>, <strong>Sociala medier genererar 100 registreringar<\/strong> osv.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>OKR kan implementeras p\u00e5 tre olika niv\u00e5er i en organisation, i f\u00f6rsta hand \u00f6vergripande f\u00f6r hela organisationen, sedan f\u00f6r enskilda team\/avdelningar och i vissa fall \u00e4ven p\u00e5 individniv\u00e5.
